Instructions
Step 1.
Request
what you need and we will contact you with a quote!
Please feel free to view the designs at Windstar Embroidery or in the
Dakota Collectibles Catalog at the bottom of our order form. You can search
various art & font designs to choose.
Step 2.
Once you find the
design of your choice, please reference the item number on our online
Order Form.
Each design has a size given under the file number. This is given in
width by height.
Please indicate file number of the design you choose on our order form.
Image colors can be changed. Please list any changes you would like, or
the color you want.
Design Details:
The image size for hats approximately 2" tall by 3" wide. If
the image is slightly larger it can be scaled down to fit the space.
Lettering on the keyhole of a hat may require smaller lettering for
longer words.
Left left
chest of a Shirt or a bag: Image size should be no larger than
about 4" x 4".
Full Chest or Jacket Back: Image size can be up to about 10" x
10".
Lettering should be included in these dimensions.
The
Starting Cost
The cost of the embroidery is based on the cost of the garment plus the
embroidery charge. To estimate the embroidery charge, generally figure
$1.50 per 1000 stitches. The number of stitches is listed with each
image under the image dimensions. Lettering added to any image incurs an
additional charge of $1.50 per 1000 stitches.
